Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a School Environmental Services Manager to lead the environmental services team at a single campus, ensuring adherence to policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventories, and maintain records while delivering high-quality customer service to students and staff. Candidates should have school or healthcare environmental services experience and be able to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of environmental services experience in school or healthcare and supervision is desired.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Must be able to understand and complete all in-services.
• Must be able to work all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises environmental services staff at a single campus per policies and requirements.
• Provide leadership to ensure quality, inventory, safety, and customer service expectations.
• Coordinate and complete project work on varying shifts.
• Maintain records of supplies, payroll, and equipment.
• Communicate directives clearly between occupants, administrators and staff.
• Conduct training and QC checks to maintain service standards.
