Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Experience leveraging data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational/ coaching contexts.
• Willingness to operate in a non-traditional, non-lecture pedagogy school model.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Guides to deliver outstanding student experiences while upholding standards.
• Facilitate life skills workshops to develop real-world competencies.
• Inspire students to pursue ambitious learning objectives in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide effectiveness and outcomes.
• Support launch of new Alpha campuses and foster a culture of excellence.
