Job summary

Alpha is building the world’s premier K-12 educational experience. As a Lead Youth Development Manager, you will mentor Guides, run dynamic life-skills workshops, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across campuses.

You’ll leverage data to drive coaching conversations, hire and developing teams, and contribute to launching new Alpha campuses with rigorous standards. On-site roles across multiple campuses including Boston, MA are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading five+ team members and hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver outstanding student experiences and uphold standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to build communication, leadership, and concentration.
• Inspire students to achieve ambitious learning objectives in self-paced programs.
• Use data and coaching dialogues to enhance team and student results.
• Support opening new Alpha campuses with culture of excellence and accountability.
