Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwasher; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintains orderly and safe work areas.
• Polishes silver and maintains equipment per standards to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
