Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes; washes by hand or uses dishwasher as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
