Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of dishwashing and/or food preparation in an institutional setting
• Criminal background check is a condition of employment for all Dining Services positions
• Emergency Essential designation may apply to the position

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of dish machine, washing dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. following sanitation procedures
• Clean dish machine after each meal period and guide student employees as needed
• Sweep, mop, empty trash, and hog barrels as business levels dictate
