Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of dishware and equipment.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the dish area and kitchen.
• Keeps work areas organized and floors clean to prevent hazards.
