Job summary

Southern Careers Institute in Waco, Texas is seeking a Campus Director to lead campus operations, education, admissions, financial aid and career services. You will oversee facilities, drive enrollment, and ensure program quality while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Education Management or related field and 5+ years in higher education management, with a strong track record in leadership, budgeting and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education management.
• Proven track record of energetic leadership and vision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with students and staff to maximize enrollment and outcomes.
• Ensure programs and staff add value to the student experience.
• Maintain communication between campus and corporate office and accrediting bodies.
• Maintain campus profit and loss, budget preparation/management and regulatory compliance.
