You’ll oversee admissions, partnerships, and community relationships. A Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred. Experience in student admissions or enrollment management and strong problem-solving, time management, and an entrepreneurial mindset are key.

As a Campus Director, you’ll lead the campus in fulfilling our mission and vision - overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth through strategic planning, creative sales, and community relationship-building, and shaping a school culture where students, families, and staff all thrive. This is a role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, leads with purpose, and takes real ownership of their campus.

What you’ll do as Brightmont Campus Director:
