Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled utility worker for Miles College in Fairfield, AL to oversee sanitation and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and dining areas, restocking supplies, waste disposal, inventory receiving and stocking, and dishroom sanitation. Able to work independently or in a team; prior foodservice or maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must follow safe operating procedures and use sound judgement.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in foodservice and/or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
