Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash pots and utensils, and maintain sanitation in the unit.
• Stock, sweep, mop, and keep storage areas organized.
• Assist in moving equipment on and off dining vehicles and units.
• Follow procedures for cleaning small wares and equipment.
• Dispose trash and manage recycling, composting, and storage bins.
• Support basic kitchen tasks and assist teammates as needed.
