Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions.
• Deliver food orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist with food preparation and setup as needed.
• Support catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
