• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements; deliver client and company financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes and systems; understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
• Bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management; meet food and labor initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment; ensure compliance with safety, health, wage and hour policies.
• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation with the Food Service Director; coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product.
