Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of student dining centers and retail services.
• Lead cash-related activities to drive sales and repeat customers.
• Assist in administration of department software systems.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards through regular inspections.
• Oversee requisition, purchase and storage of food, supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate on-campus catering assignments and service quality.
• Address concerns from dining guests and resolve issues.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of reports for university administration.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Supervise staff and student employees, supporting professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
