Responsibilities

• Oversee daily counter operations and supervise cash handling.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Manage storage and rotation of ready-made food products.
• Assist with menu creation and delivery of menu items.
• Maintain inventory by ordering supplies from approved vendors and control costs.
• Assist with staff scheduling for students.
• Monitor the department's budget.
• Develop staff and manage performance against goals and policies.
• Supervise student employees to support their development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
