Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Unit Marketing Manager for Cal Poly Campus Dining. You will lead marketing initiatives, oversee brand management, social media strategy, and event marketing to engage the university community.

The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors, and supervising student interns, with evenings and weekends required for major campus events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, graphic design, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Leads creative execution and brand management across Campus Dining locations and marketing channels.
• Develops and oversees graphic design, multimedia content, signage, menus, and campaigns.
• Oversees social media content strategy, campaigns, photography, and video production.
