Job summary

Compass Group USA in Worcester, MA is seeking a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations at our campus dining program. The role pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour and requires availability for days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in university dining is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Proven leadership and supervision of front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to maintain high value and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff stay on task, maintain quality standards, and keep area clean.
• Monitors marketing and signage to ensure current promotions.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
