Qualifications

• 1-3 years of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
• Passion for Genuine Foods’ mission and able to work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Make menu items per recipes and ensure alignment with daily menu and recipe standards.
• Prepare raw ingredients for cooking and assist in kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with Culinary Lead and kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
• Stock, organize and clean kitchen and service areas; interact with students and teachers to provide excellent service.
