Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items using prep lists and Aramark recipes.
• Follows proper food handling procedures.
• Maintains rotation to ensure quality and freshness.
• Stores leftovers with proper labeling and dating.
• Maintains clean and organized refrigeration and work areas.
• Ensures stations and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after shifts.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports accidents.
