University of California, Santa Barbara seeks a Campus Dining Engagement Coordinator to lead marketing and engagement activities. The role supports dining services for residents, staff, faculty, and visitors, coordinating events, producing materials, and representing Campus Dining in campus initiatives.
The position oversees budgets, brand standards, and collaboration with campus programs, while guiding a student ambassador team to advance program goals.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Campus Dining Engagement Coordinator performs a wide variety of communication and marketing duties and engagement activities related to the mission and goals of Campus Dining to improve the dining experience for residents, staff, faculty, and campus visitors. Coordinates activities, including events, promotional materials, and products designed to promote awareness of Campus Dining activities. Acts as Campus Dining's representative in campus wide initiatives such as Open House, Welcome Week, Parent and Family Weekend, student orientations, and conducts outreach at programs and resource fairs. Conducts marketing analysis, researches, monitors, and evaluates marketing outcomes, and develops and maintains relationships with other collegiate and food service resources.
