Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking a Director of Dining Services at EAST CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY in Windham, CT to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of associates while maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role you will work with the Chef to create menus, manage the account's P&L, roll out new culinary programs, and ensure top-quality food and service for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience managing a budget.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
