Job summary

The University of North Texas in Denton is seeking a part-time Mean Greens Dining Associate (Non-Student Hourly) to support daily kitchen production, meal service, sanitation, and dining area operations. You will work with cooks and dining staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service while following established safety standards.

As a team-focused role, you will help maintain clean, well-stocked work spaces and provide a welcoming dining environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food service, sanitation, and workplace safety, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of high-quality baked goods during each meal service, maintaining proper care and use of equipment and utensils and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
