Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service experience preferred.
• Bulk food prep experience in a commercial kitchen setting a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Food safety handler and sanitation certification, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations and prep ingredients for service.
• Dress and finish dishes before they go out.
• Portion and serve food to residents.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards per state and local regulations.
• Help unload, inspect, and store raw ingredients and supplies.
• Plan and execute special events as directed by management.
• Communicate regularly with management by phone, email, and text.
