Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff including interviewing, scheduling, payroll and training.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Maintains sanitation, portion control and proper serving temperatures.
• Tracks food use, waste and inventory to requisition or purchase product.
• Receives and inspects product and supplies for quality and quantity.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
