• Supervise Dining Services Supervisors and coaching for dining employees per the union agreement.
• Monitor food presentation, service, sanitation, safety, and guest experience; address concerns promptly.
• Support staffing, scheduling, event coordination, and catering operations as assigned.
• Collaborate with Chef, Dining leadership, and campus partners for integrated operations.
• Liaise with Campus Dietitian on dietary needs and accurate labeling of menu items.
