Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Campus Dietitian for the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL. This on-site role focuses on nutrition education, wellness programming, and collaboration with dining and campus partners to meet dietary needs.

You will lead nutrition training, support allergen awareness, assist with menu analysis, and communicate nutrition messages across dining spaces, aiming to promote health and sustainable practices on campus.

Qualifications

RD credential or RD eligibility required.
Licensed by State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
Ability to present information in one-on-one and group formats.
Experience with special diets and food allergies.
ServSafe Manager Certification is a plus and beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide nutrition education and training for the campus community (tabling, lunch & learn, counseling).
Implement Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming.
Coordinate with dining management and culinary teams to meet dietary needs.
Provide nutrition training including allergen information to associates.
Assist in menu development and nutrient analysis.
Collaborate with marketing on nutrition communications.
