Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Active Dietitian/Nutritionist license (LDN) in Rhode Island.
• Experience as a Dietitian or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy to students.
• Coordinate with internal/external providers for student nutrition consults.
• Educate students on nutrition for performance and recovery.
• Lead nutrition workshops for students.
• Precept graduate nutrition students during supervised experiential education.
• Collaborate with campus departments to meet dietary needs and allergies.
• Assist with department budget and program development.
• Address high-risk nutrition situations and refer as needed.
• Offer training sessions to other departments on nutrition and wellness.
• Maintain campus wellness through ongoing nutrition education.
