Willow Creek Community Church is seeking a Campus Development Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction, remodeling, and grounds projects across multiple campuses. You will work with church leaders, contractors, vendors, and volunteers to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The role combines project management, relationship building, and problem-solving in a full-time capacity, with a schedule that includes occasional Sundays or events as projects require.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in construction or commercial project management (degree and/or equivalent experience).
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without losing momentum.
• Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills.
• A relational, emotionally healthy leadership style—especially under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine alignment with our mission and values.
• Alignment with the mission, theology, and worship philosophy of the church.

Responsibilities

• Projects that get done right - define scope, build schedules, manage budgets, obtain bids, oversee contractors and volunteer teams across multiple campuses.
• Clear, consistent communication - keep stakeholders informed, heard, and confident in the process.
• Strong vendor and contractor relationships - build long-term partnerships and negotiate preferred pricing where possible.
• Volunteer teams that thrive - recruit, organize, and lead volunteers to support projects and offset labor costs.
