Job summary

Heartspring Inc. seeks a Facilities Deep Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, safe campus for children and families. You will handle deep cleaning across buildings, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and exterior areas, using commercial cleaners and power washers.

This active, physical role requires 2+ years in janitorial/facilities work, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs. You’ll work Monday–Friday mornings with occasional seasonal projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of janitorial or facilities experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning across Heartspring’s campus and residential homes.
• Operate floor-care equipment and power washers.
• Disinfect bathrooms and kitchens to standard levels.
• Complete seasonal deep-cleaning and special projects.
