Job summary

Heartspring is seeking a Facilities Deep Cleaning Technician to keep a safe, clean campus. You’ll perform detailed cleaning across multiple buildings, including floor care, bathrooms, kitchens, and residential spaces.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, reliability, and the ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment. This full-time, on-site position supports our mission and requires physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be physically able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers and auto-scrubbers to maintain hard floors.
• Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, walls, and fixtures.
• Perform exterior cleaning and seasonal projects as needed.
