Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a Custody Associate to process securities trades, settlements, and custody-related activities in line with client instructions and regulatory requirements. You will perform reconciliations, review entitlements, and prepare client reports while supporting risk and compliance.

A Bachelor's in business-related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus. Salary ranges USD 50,000–70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required at time of hiring.
• Experience in securities back-office or client services preferred.
• Knowledge of securities industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process securities trades and settlements in line with client instructions.
• Perform daily reconciliation of holdings and corporate actions.
• Prepare client reports and invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with OFAC screening and internal controls.
