Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a Custody Associate to process securities trades, settlements and custody‑related transactions in line with client instructions and regulatory guidelines.

You will perform daily reconciliations, prepare client reports, and support risk management and internal audits while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or economics is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in securities back-office or client service roles.
• Knowledge of the securities industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Process securities settlements and custody transactions in line with customer instructions.
• Review instructions and settlements; report unusual activities or disputes.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and client reports for holdings and corporate actions.
• Support risk management, compliance, and internal audit activities.
