Job summary

Carroll College is seeking a full-time Custodian to keep campus clean and well maintained. The successful applicant will perform cleaning tasks, assist in preventive maintenance on non-electrical equipment, and help with building infrastructure and snow removal.

The college offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and retirement plans, tuition remission, and generous paid leave. Two retention bonuses of $500 are awarded after six months and after one year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some custodial work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks on campus.
• Assist in preventive maintenance on non-electrical equipment and building infrastructure.
• Assist with snow removal and moving miscellaneous items.
• Support other craftsmen in maintenance activities.
