• Cleans campus property such as offices, classrooms, corridors, walls, floors, windows, furniture, woodwork, toilets, lavatories or fixtures by washing, waxing, buffing, sweeping, polishing, dusting or vacuum cleaning.
• Cleans, waxes, polishes and other floor maintenance to protect finish.
• Washes windows, woodwork, restroom areas and other interior and exterior surfaces.
• Empties and cleans waste containers and other trash receptacles to maintain cleanliness.
• Loads and unloads trucks, moves furniture, operates dollies and hand trucks.
• Operates cleaning equipment for floors and carpets.
• Sets up rooms for meetings, banquets, training sessions.
• Locks/unlocks rooms; conducts basic security checks.
• Replaces light bulbs and fixtures as needed.
• Reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Performs snow removal and groundskeeping duties as assigned in winter.
