Job summary

Universities of Wisconsin is seeking a Custodian Float (2nd Shift) at UW-Green Bay to keep learning environments clean, safe, and welcoming across campus. You will cover offices, classrooms, and common areas, and handle floor care, restrooms, and light maintenance.

The role runs 3:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the Green Bay campus, with lifts up to 50 lbs and operating a state vehicle as needed. A strong candidate will align with our service values and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent at time of application.
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid driver's license upon appointment.
• Basic Computer skills including the ability to use e-mail and internet.

Responsibilities

• Join UW-Green Bay as a Custodian Float and perform custodial and light maintenance duties.
• Clean offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas; maintain floors and surfaces.
• Restock supplies; assist with waste/recycling removal, snow/ice management, and light maintenance.
• Travel between campus buildings using a State vehicle under supervision.
• Support furniture moves and event setups and ensure safe, welcoming spaces.
