Mirabella at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role includes cleaning, floor care, and supporting event setup within a premier Life Plan Community on the ASU campus.

The ideal candidate has custodial/housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate floor care and custodial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, resident spaces, and facilities.
• Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing.
• Support event setup and takedown with tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Complete routine cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep while following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
