You will care for common areas and facilities on campus, ensuring high cleanliness standards and a pleasant atmosphere across the community.

You will perform floor care, support event setups, and respond to custodial requests while upholding safety procedures and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to operate floor care and custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, resident spaces, and community facilities to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
• Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and other custodial duties.
• Support event setup and takedown activities, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
• Complete routine cleaning projects, trash removal, and general facility upkeep while following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests while responding promptly to custodial requests.
