Responsibilities

• Operates mechanical cleaning and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Sweeps, mops, and waxes floors.
• Cleans and waxes furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans mirrors, restrooms, and replenishes supplies.
• Spot washes walls and wipes touch points.
• Dusts stairs and wipes surfaces.
• Collects and disposes waste per protocol.
• Maintain entrances and surrounding areas including snow removal and salting.
• Unclogs sinks without dismantling fixtures.
• Report repairs or damages to the service center.
• Replace bulbs and light globes as needed.
• Move and arrange furniture.
• Wash interior and exterior windows.
• Empty trash and remove from buildings.
• Plan work and obtain materials and supplies.
• Keep records and develop reports.
