Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, grounds keeping, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing repair work.
• Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and minor maintenance tasks in campus facilities.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment and power tools.
• Clean restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices, and similar facilities.
• May supervise lower-level staff.
