Job summary

The role supports events and campus activities, with potential snow/ice duties and collaboration with Facilities Services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard cleaning and housekeeping practices.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with MSDS and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms; replenish supplies and empty trash.
• Move furniture as needed and perform high/low dusting.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and support special events.
• Maintain and use custodial equipment properly and report issues.
