Responsibilities

• Directs custodial staff and hires/trains full-time staff with emphasis on safety and public relations.
• Evaluates staff performance and procedures, labor distribution, and results.
• Oversees equipment repair, vehicle upkeep, lighting, and maintenance reporting.
• Manages budgets, purchasing, billing, and labor costs.
• Coordinates testing of chemicals and equipment; analyzes results and upgrades.
