Job summary

Qualifications

• TEA certification requirements
• Texas Mid-management or Principal certificate required
• Certified T-TESS Appraiser
• Valid Texas teaching certificate

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and management of long-range and short-term campus plans.
• Monitor and implement a balanced instructional curriculum.
• Desegregation and data use to improve core instruction for at-risk students.
• Set grade level expectations with timelines and benchmarks.
• Plan and implement staff development for effective instruction.
• Integrate technology into the instructional program.
• Participate in development and evaluation of educational programs.
• Promote technology use in teaching/learning processes.
• Ensure a positive climate and safe learning environment.
• Coordinate budget planning and campus-wide operations.
