Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and other kitchen staff, schedules, payroll, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory including tracking use and purchasing needs.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, utensils and workstations.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
