• Experience in HACCP, food safety, budgeting, staff training, and operations at an academic institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dining halls, including HR, budgets and service quality.
• Collaborate with executive chefs and dining management on events and program development.
• Hire, train and supervise production staff and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Maintain food quality, safety standards and professional customer service for campus community.
