Job summary

St. Olaf College seeks a Counselor for the Counseling Center. The role is on-site, 0.75 FTE, with a schedule Sept–May and evenings/weekends as needed. Salary range $55,000–$62,000 per year, with duties spanning individual, couples and group counseling, case management, and outreach programming.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical/counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Eligibility for licensure to practice in MN within one year of start date.
• 1+ year of post-graduate clinical experience with young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples and group counseling (short-term therapy).
• Implement case management with timely record keeping.
• Engage in clinical supervision/consultation and supervision of practicum students.
• Develop and implement internal and outreach educational programming for students.
• Provide consultation to faculty, staff, parents/families and students.
• Pursue continuing education and licensure maintenance.
