Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Must be independently licensed or licensed eligible in Ohio with the ability to supervise in their discipline.
• License must be achieved within six months of employment.
• Three years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services to university students including intake, evaluation, counseling and emergency/crisis management.
• Provide consultation to university community regarding counseling needs.
• Develop and provide outreach programs, events and initiatives to students, faculty and staff.
• Serve as liaison for the counseling center to the university community and community agencies.
• Participate in training programs within the counseling center and coordinate programs.
• Collect data for program coordination and stay updated on best practices in student mental health.
