• Previous cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portions and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food-handling procedures; clean and organize storage areas and equipment as required.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies, and help with basic production planning and record-keeping.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies; report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
