Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a Baker at University of Mary in Bismarck. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available; online applications only.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including 401K, health, vision, dental, and a free meal during shift. Responsibilities include baking a variety of pastries, ensuring quality and safety, maintaining records, and assisting with production planning.

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper cooking and safety following recipes and equipment.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain presentation, food quality, portion control and proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and workspace.
• Handle food items safely following all regulations during preparation and service.
• Complete shifts timely and thoroughly; perform other duties as assigned.
