Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations and stoves.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating and safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory and cash controls.
• Maintains sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
