Job summary

Waukesha County Technical College in Wisconsin seeks a Project Manager - Construction to lead capital projects from planning through closeout across the district's multi-campus portfolio. You will develop scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.

This full-time role requires strong knowledge of codes, procurement, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience from planning through closeout and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned construction and renovation projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets; track expenditures and invoices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with codes, statutes, safety, and sustainability.
